How to Pay

Health Insurance

After each visit, patients will receive a detailed receipt called a superbill. This document can be submitted to their private insurance company to request out-of-network reimbursement, as I am not currently in-network with any private insurance plans.

Starting October 1, 2025, I will become a full Medicare provider, enabling patients with Medicare to access standard outpatient office visit coverage for my services.

Visit Fees:

Initial Visit: $250

Subsequent Visits: $200

Forms of Payment Accepted

It is my policy (and most insurance companies require it) to collect copays/coinsurance at the time of service. I request that when you set up your first appointment through the provided online portal, that you provide a credit, debit, or health savings card to pay the portion of the cost for which you are responsible. Using these payment methods in this way will increase your convenience and allow us to commit more time in our appointment to the reason for the visit. If this is not possible for you, we may arrange alternative methods of payment in person.
