I have been licensed as a clinical psychologist in Oregon since 2015 and boarded in behavioral sleep medicine in 2021. After completing my doctorate (PsyD) at Pacific University (Hillsboro, OR) with an internship at St. Charles Health System (Bend, OR), I served as a post-doctoral resident with Western Psychological Services (Portland, OR). Since that time I have worked in primary care and sleep medicine clinics as well as private practice. Long fascinated about the mind-body interaction/connection/unity, I continue to seek out opportunities for learning, practice development, and practical strategies to support greater well-being for my patients.
